Initial Assessment:

Individual Pilates Session (1:1):
- Casual: $90
- 10x individual: $810
Semi-Private Pilates Sessions (1:2):
- Casual: $55 per person (total session cost $110)
- 10x semi-private: $495 per person (total package cost $990)
Individual Stretch Sessions (1:1):
- Casual: $70
- 10x individual: $630
Semi-Private Stretch Sessions (1:2):
- Casual: $50 per person (total session cost $100)
- 10x stretch: $450 per person (total package cost $900)
Circuit Sessions (6 week programme) (1:4):
- Casual: $40
- 6 week programme: $210
